Power City Services LLC (PCS) was established in March 2022. Our principal, David Crawford has been a leader in the utilities services industry for more than 30 years. Mr. Crawford has achieved the highest levels of respect from his peers and is endorsed by leaders in the utility services industry as well as IBEW Local Unions. Built on years of experience and achievement in the industry, Power City Services delivers a superior level of quality in products and services to meet evolving customer needs. His expertise expands to inspecting contractors working on Pacific Gas & Electric property for Wildfires Management Suppression and Compliance. Former Assistant Director of California-Nevada J.A.T.C. Power Lineman Apprenticeship, Mr. Crawford has positioned PCS as one of the leading utility services organizations in the nation. With a career spanning more than thirty years in the Electrical Construction Industry Mr. Crawford served as Senior Business Representative for IBEW Local Union 1245, Outside Line Construction, Trustee on Cal-Nev J.A.T.C., Journeyman Lineman working Outside Line Construction and with utilities; maintaining, repairing Substations, Transmission, Distribution Overhead and Underground Distribution systems and facilities.
