Power City Services LLC (PCS) was established in March 2022. Our principal, David Crawford has been a leader in the utilities services industry for more than 30 years. Mr. Crawford has achieved the highest levels of respect from his peers and is endorsed by leaders in the utility services industry as well as IBEW Local Unions. Built on years of experience and achievement in the industry, Power City Services delivers a superior level of quality in products and services to meet evolving customer needs. While honesty, integrity, and ethics are the building blocks of our infrastructure, we continually strive to increase the value of our products and services, maintain high standards, anticipate, create, and embrace change, remain open-minded and receptive to new ideas as we strive to eliminate bureaucratic and unnecessary procedures.

His expertise expands to inspecting contractors working on Pacific Gas & Electric property for Wildfires Management Suppression and Compliance. Former Assistant Director of California-Nevada J.A.T.C. Power Lineman Apprenticeship, Mr. Crawford has positioned PCS as one of the leading utility services organizations in the nation. With a career spanning more than thirty years in the Electrical Construction Industry Mr. Crawford served as Senior Business Representative for IBEW Local Union 1245, Outside Line Construction, Trustee on Cal-Nev J.A.T.C., Journeyman Lineman working Outside Line Construction and with utilities; maintaining, repairing Substations, Transmission, Distribution Overhead and Underground Distribution systems and facilities.

Power City Services is an active member of the NWPPA (Northwest Public Power Association) as well as the OJUA (Oregon Joint Use Association) as well as ISNetworld, the global leader in contractor and supplier information management. We also work closely with Wiggins Tech and utilizes their PoleHawk technology for data processing and inspection reporting.

The OJUA (Oregon Joint Use Association) is an industry advisory group nationally recognized as a leader in how government and industry works together. Specifically the OJUA was established by the Oregon Legislature to advise the PUC on safety issues related to utility poles.
Northwest Public Power Association (NWPPA) is a not-for-profit association of over 150 public/people’s utility districts, electric cooperatives, municipalities, and Crown corporations in the Western U.S. and Canada. NWPPA also serves the networking needs of over 300 Associate Members across the U.S. and Canada who are allied with the electric utility industry.
PoleHawk offers an online geospatial data platform, uniquely tailored to the electrical utility industry's needs. With the increasing amounts of digital data being used for inspection and mapping of utility infrastructure, PoleHawk provides utility companies with the tools to import, visualize, annotate and create reports from a wide variety of data types and sources.
Wiggins Tech is a Family owned and operated commercial drone services company located in central Oregon. Wiggins Tech specializes in electrical utility inspection and mapping services and has years of experience with optical inspection, thermal inspection as well as LiDAR and photogrammetry mapping services.
